Wittering Primary School

Dear Parents

This brochure is designed to give you some idea of what happens at Wittering Primary School. The reason we are here is to educate your children to the best of their abilities. It should answer some of your questions about the education offered by this school.  It tells you how the school is organised so that it runs smoothly and happily.  If you are undecided I hope it will convince you that Wittering Primary School is the right choice for your child.

As a school we try to create a happy caring atmosphere so that the children want to come to school.  It is our aim that the children should acquire the knowledge and attitudes that lead to independence, self-reliance and respect for others.

To do this we need the support of parents as you can do so much to encourage your children to develop a positive attitude to learning and school.

I hope your association with Wittering School will be a happy one. If something is causing concern, or you suspect your child has any worries at school please come and talk to us. You are always welcome and if you wish to come and discuss any matters with your child's teacher or myself please do so.
